You build a full sized outdoor pool and complement it with a pocket sized handkerchief of grassed area. Incredible. But, you build car parks that are four times this size and take up half of what once was a park.

In this council the only grass that matters is on sports ovals. All the rest can be concrete.

A bit of a planning mess really, disappointed with the aerial view, I sincerely hope it better in real. Smart Ass is right about the concrete
