This is what our wonderful councillors and administrators (that really successful ‘negotiating team’) have bequeathed to the residents of Glen Eira!
The first photo depicts the new ‘pedestrian path’ in and out of the tunnel. This is the access to the new playground and park.
And this is the dust following a sedan car as it drives through the tunnel. Imagine walking through the tunnel with a baby in a pram and toddler running alongside — in this dust. The floor is still dusty sand, and littered with horse droppings. Pity the blog doesn’t have the capacity to convey smell!

All that’s missing from these photos is the barbed wire and the guard dogs. Then it would fit perfectly into the Stalag mindset of the MRC and their council lapdogs. I and everyone I know will not forget on October 27th.

A photo of the magnificent landscaping undertaken by Council on Queens Avenue as agreed with the MRC should also be shown. Fairs fair. You can blame the MRC for the centre but that area was agreed to be maintained by Council. They are magnificent this Council, magnificent! Give Em all a 10 year term.

A picture will always be worth a thousand words. In this case, the tens of thousands of words that the gang have used to cover up their cave ins will never be enough. No reasonable person could ever accept that this is a win for the community.

Yep these pictures say it all – no need to add a single word.
The residents along Kambrook Road are going to love this as their main means of access. This is totally due to Newton, Hyams, Esakoff, Lipshutz and Pilling – and the four Councillors electioneering claims that the community comes first and they are against overdevelopment. Bull!!!!!!!
