This comes from Hyams’ ‘Urgent Business’ Motion:
An item of Urgent Business under s89(2)(a) personnel and 89(2)(f) legal advice which relates to a personnel matter.
Only speculation of course, but we posit the following thinking and ask the following questions:
- Does this relate to any councillor since it is being discussed by councillors?
- Are we about to witness another witchhunt?
- Are ratepayers going to be up for thousands of dollars in lawyers costs?

Sounds very like the crap that went on with Penhalluriack. Reckon there’s a councillor conduct panel in the wind and I bet its for Lobo. The love affair between Hyams and Lobo is over.

Did you all know that the other hunt is still on mostly because “our big legal team” seems to be a little short onn evidence. The next outing for eight council triers has been set down for sometime near the ides of March. Can council run two when they cannot run one?
