Computer roll will be fascinating. Penniciuk got second most first preferences but few 2nd 3rd preferences. Will depend on how preferences are rolled out.

Pilling spat the dummy because he was denied the mayorship, and likely would never get it with this council. The mayor gets a allowance of 90+ thousand, (MODERATORS: rest of sentence deleted)

Pilling didn’t cover himself in glory when he got elected first time round. That legacy has continued, so his resignation is no big loss. Who replaces him is the big query.
