I notice rooftop solar panels on the two adjoining side properties to the east and west. It will be interesting to see if any over shadowing issues arise here.

I want my xmas present to be that each and every single councillor gets an application next door to them behind them and on top of them.I will even settle for those ugly double attached monstrosities. Then there would be some action.
