There is nothing that you can do now that you could not do before.!!!!!! Do these words of doomsday sound familiar and who said this? Any guesses? the Real Estate do that before the residential zones? Who is responsible for all this mess and the fear/yeaaspects driven into the community? The mal Zones have encouraged the real estate agents and the developer to run over residents.

The article is playing it very very safe in refusing to name the alleged employer of the alleged agent over their alleged behaviour. Part of the success of the scam is that 4 storeys is exactly what council wants, plus council refuses to insist on developments complying with the residential standards listed in the planning scheme. Any councillor that votes for a development that fails to comply with one or more standards without explicitly identifying the “alternative design solution” used should be prohibited from planning matters and preferably removed from office.

I saw the ex Liberal Minister for Bentleigh driving around in a real estate agents car a few months ago ….. makes me wonder

A liberal MP who fooled her way through for a term with acting skills and hardly did anything for residents. There are people out there that were not given attention for some reasons. Example – when a resident visited her office for some information, she told the resident to get the information from Google. The senior person was appalled.
Libs are supporters of the rich and the mighty and small businesses that definitely includes developers.

The way she was posing and promising people appeared to impersonate a minister. Will concentrate in future.

Initiative with out scruples and any idea that neighbours talk to each other. Definitely something to strive for.

I wonder how many times this ploy has been used before to scare people into selling. Will the REIV investigate other multiple block sales by this agent?

Frankly, anyone who places much trust in a real estate agent is naive at best and foolish at worst. So I find this behaviour unsurprising.
