Our councillors should be cringing with every new announcement of consultation by other councils on the issue.

Stonnington fall down badly by not being the FIRST to announce the changes! We won and always will because a total lack of care and nil consultation gives the Glen Eira publicity machine more time to find the words to praise the regime. Long live Glen Eira’s lack of committment to it’s residents. If the State Government could only see the difference in the idealogy then we are heading for a takeover. We choose Stonnington!

The elected representatives should be engaging the community. When instead as a resident I am required to submit an FOI request and pay for searching fees per/h, to seek out basic information about lodging an internal review.
The elected representatives of GE as a collective are failing to communicate and engage with the community on basic issues.
