Indeed the government, through LXRA, has made available negligible information concerning alternatives. Lawyers are now touting for business. Hunt & Hunt have sent “Your guide to Compulsory Acquisition”. LXRA still haven’t answered a single question they took on notice from me. LXRA thinks the way to tackle overshadowing is to make the overshadowing worse. Minister for Planning hasn’t decoded what “appropriately located” means to him, and LXRA has so far refused to provide what directions/guidelines he gave for the project. Setbacks remain unknown. GECC has washed its hands of the mess.

Can’t wait for this project to be completed. It’ll be great for rail commuters. No doubt the perennial whiners, naysayers, stirrers will move on to something else then.
See the Murrumbeena woman who is the leader of the whiner pack is whining her heart out. The same woman who is a Liberal apparatchik and who was recorded saying the most vile things to someone on the other side of the issue.

under or over, the job will be done, the rail user and road user will win either way, people fighting for the best outcomes are not whiners or naysayers
