The Carnegie Pool is up for public consultation as well, we are snowed under with consultations. GE is spending money like a shipload of drunken sailors.
3 options are presented,
A – $48.8 million
B – $51.8 million
C – $17 million to remove pool and all and restore back to parkland
A & B both involve a 25 metre indoor heated pool and other nick-nacks

Nothing this council has touched ever comes in on budget. If they say 50m then add another 10 or so. Anyway, who wants to spend that much and get another 30m loan. We will be in hock til the next century the way these bunnies work.
